Return Policy
At Varliene, we’re confident you’ll love your purchase — but if for any reason you need to return an item, we gladly accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Return Conditions:
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in resellable condition.
- Original tags and packaging must be included.
- Custom pieces are final sale and non-returnable.
- All items, including sale items, are eligible for return.
- Returns after 30 days will not be accepted.
How to Initiate a Return:
- Log into your account at https://varliene.com/account and request a return.
- Or email us at info@varliene.com with the subject line “Return Request,” including your order number and reason.
Important Notes:
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
- Items returned damaged, worn, or without original packaging may incur a $3 restocking fee.
- If your order originally qualified for free shipping, a $4.99 fee may be deducted if the returned items bring the order below the free shipping threshold.
Free Gift Promotions:
- If returning items brings the order below the free gift minimum, the gift must also be returned. Otherwise, the value will be deducted from your refund.
BOGO Promotions (Buy One Get One):
- For BOGO returns, refunds will be pro-rated based on the remaining items.
Package marked as delivered but not received?
- Carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered before they actually arrive.
- Please wait 24–48 hours and check with neighbors or your local carrier.
- Varliene is not responsible for lost packages once marked as delivered.
