Delivery Times

Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days. During busy seasons or promotional periods, processing may take up to 4 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Please note that these are estimated delivery times, and delays may occur due to factors outside our control, such as weather or customs.
Tracking & Shipping Confirmation
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout.
Varliene is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Returns & Refunds
We offer a 14-day return or exchange policy from the date you receive your order.
To be eligible:

Items must be unused and in their original condition

Must include all original tags and packaging
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties. We strongly recommend using tracked shipping for returns. Returns received after the 14-day window will not be accepted and will be returned to sender.
Changing Address After Purchase
Unfortunately, we are unable to change your shipping address after an order has been placed. Please double-check all details before completing your purchase.
Can I Cancel My Order?
We begin processing orders as soon as they are placed. Because of this, we are unable to cancel orders once they are confirmed.
